Management and Coordination

The medical supervision of our residents is guaranteed by a doctor specialising in general practice, with regular consultations every week. This continuous presence allows for personalised monitoring and in-depth knowledge of each resident.

- Booking and attending external appointments when necessary;

Nursing team
Our nursing team, made up of two dedicated professionals, ensures daily and continuous monitoring through a well-structured shift system.
This model guarantees the permanent monitoring of our residents' health, including the administration and management of medication, the monitoring of vital parameters and the implementation of personalised preventive care.
A permanent liaison with the medical team enables a rapid and effective response to any change in health status, ensuring consistent, high-quality care.
Specialised Technical Team
