Our communal spaces have been carefully designed to provide moments of conviviality, leisure and well-being. Strategically distributed throughout the residence, these spaces combine functionality, comfort and beauty to provide welcoming environments that promote the socialisation and well-being of our residents.
- 2 large lounges (120m² and 140m²);
- 5 intimate living rooms distributed over the floors (between 12m² and 25m²);
- Spacious 120m² dining room with capacity for all residents;
- Versatile spaces that accommodate a variety of occupational activities;
- Dedicated areas for receiving visitors, guaranteeing privacy.
Health and Wellness Spaces:
The physical and emotional well-being of our residents is an absolute priority. We have spaces specially dedicated to health care and well-being, where our specialised team provides personalised treatments and therapies that contribute to maintaining health and a better quality of life.

- Medical and nursing office.
Gardens: Nature's Embrace
At Solar do Rio, integration with nature is a fundamental part of our well-being proposal. The outdoor spaces have been designed to allow revitalising contact with the natural environment, providing moments of tranquillity, leisure and socialising in the open air.

A Safe and Welcoming Environment
The security of our residents is reflected in every aspect of our facilities, always in a discreet manner. Modern assistance and surveillance systems (SADI and CCTV) blend harmoniously into the environment, without compromising comfort and guaranteeing the safety of all spaces.
The entire residence strictly complies with accessibility standards for public buildings, with complete adaptations for reduced mobility and technical aids in the bathrooms. We have implemented detailed emergency and evacuation plans to guarantee safety in all circumstances.
A Safe and Welcoming Environment
To ensure maximum comfort in all seasons, all the spaces, including the bathrooms, have efficient air conditioning systems. The building benefits from excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, with ETICS cladding, thermally cut window frames and double glazing.
The abundant natural lighting is complemented by artificial lighting systems with LED bulbs, which results in cosy and energy-efficient environments. For effective communication and a quick response to residents' needs, our team uses a walkie-talkie system.
